Less common materials, always custom cut
Our cutting equipment can process both highly flexible materials and more rigid sheets. The method is selected according to the material, thickness, geometry and quantity.
Products regularly supplied include:
Wool felt
Cut felt parts for protection, filtration, packing or insulation applications, available in various thicknesses depending on the grade.
Tear-resistant gasket paper
Paper gaskets for housings and mechanical applications, cut to a drawing, sample or specified dimensions in the available thicknesses.
Cork
Cork-based gaskets for industrial applications requiring compressibility, compensation for surface irregularities and good conformity.
High-temperature fibres / Fiberfrax®
Fibrous materials for insulation and selected high-temperature applications. Permissible temperature and thickness depend on the exact grade and operating conditions.
PFA / FEP
Fluoropolymer films or sheets for thin cut parts where their chemical resistance or surface properties are required.
Nefalit
Technical material available for the manufacture of gaskets or cut parts to suit the dimensions and operating conditions.
Manhole gaskets
Gaskets for inspection openings and specific applications.
Fabrication
We can work from:

- dimensions taken from the equipment.
Parts can be supplied as one-offs or in production quantities.
